Welcome to the “suite" spot: a renovated cottage in a forested wonderland that’s walking distance to town. It has a full kitchen (minus a dishwasher), a Queen bed, a sectional/Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a bath with a tub/shower, and an outdoor patio area with a table and chairs. {Please note: there is no door between the living room and the bedroom.) Savor the distant ocean view and breathe in the pine-scented air. Carmel’s pristine beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries are just minutes away. Driveway parking. Note: there are two vacation rentals on this 1.57 acre lot. NOTE: Reduced rates due to potential construction noise M-F on a neighboring property.

Quaint cottage

Communication between me and the property manager was good. The place was in great shape tho the place needed a little ambience outside as it’s surrounded by weeds and none of the beautiful flowering plants so enjoyed in Carmel. The bed was a little sunken in the middle but linens and towels were clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a fan in the bedroom for air circulation. Overall a B-

Nettes kleines Cottage in toller zentraler Lage, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit lieblosen ungepflegtem Außenbereich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis daher nicht wirklich ok. Agentur sehr bemüht, auch kurzfristig Lösungen zu finden.
