Welcome to Sage Place, a hidden gem in Carmine, Texas! Our charming home boasts 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The perfect home base during the Round Top Antique Show, girls' weekends, winery tours, college football games or just a quiet country getaway. Carmine features several antique shops and is located fifteen minutes from Round Top's square for quick and easy excursions to all that Round Top/Warrenton have to offer.

Everything We Needed

We chose this location to do some shopping in Round Top and Warrington. It was perfect! Close to everything, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed for our girls trip!
