to a 900 square foot great room. The great room has a 70-inch tv and a large

open concept. A home that's made for vacationing with full kitchen amenities

and an extra fridge on the lower level. Bringing your fur baby? The front

porch has a gate for your pets at the top of the stairs and a high-top table

to enjoy the outdoors.



Fun awaits! The perfect gathering place to relax and unwind after a day

soaking up the sun and salt air or hiding away from the occasional rainy

day.Head down to the lower level in the elevator to the game room which boasts

a sleeper sofa, tv, pool table, Pacman game, game table, and plenty of room to

relax in the bottom floor 1,000 square foot game room that is air-conditioned!

There is an extra-large master suite with a king bed, large tv, a private deck

with a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub. Additionally, the master bedroom

provides access to the privacy fenced backyard to let your fur baby go free.

The master and one other bedroom also have limited ocean views. There are two

queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a full-

size bed and a connected bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a twin daybed and a

tv.

The elevator has plenty of room for all your luggage and vacation needs. A

huge outdoor shower awaits after a day on the beach with hot and cold water

with tons of privacy. The house has plenty of parking and is only three houses

from the ocean and is even equipped with a standard electrical vehicle

charger.

The home's great location is just two blocks from Freeman Park, a great beach

that allows four-wheel vehicles. Carolina Beach is a family-friendly town with

great restaurants, a wonderful boardwalk area, a lake with a walking path, a

state park, boat ramps, surf and deep-sea fishing, bike paths, access to the

ICC to put in Kayaks, and many other island amenities. You are 10 miles from

Wilmington, NC with all its attractions. This truly is a year-round beach town

perfect for your family getaway!



There is a pet fee that covers up to 2 dogs. An additional $75 fee applies for

each dog beyond the first two.
