Living room features large windows to view the ocean-on a clear day all the way to the islands. Kitchen is stocked with items for cooking and dining and includes a breakfast table with views. The dining room table seats 12, with plenty of room to expand for family gatherings. Home is comfortable and quiet yet close to many opportunities ie: 1 mile to beach/surfing, polo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, hiking trails, Ojai, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos wineries, etc. Plenty of parking. Equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.
