Beautifully decorated in an artistic colourful style with modern furnishings and adorned with interesting art. The home has 4 bedrooms which sleep a maximum of 8 people with 2 queen bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, plus a cot if required.

Cost includes linen with beds fully made-up (top & bottom sheets), quilts with covers, mattress protectors and pillows plus bath towels. Guests may supply their own sheets, pillow cases and towels which will reduce overall cost @ $20/bed. Inform us at the time of booking if this is your preference.

Carrickalinga is a small holiday hamlet with kilometres of pristine beach backed by sand dunes and rural hills. It has a safe beach with strikingly clear water and fine white sand which is popular with families for swimming and water sports. Explore the rock pools, take a stroll along the beach or just sit back and relax under a beach shade.

You can drive a few minutes or walk along the beach to Normanville jetty cafes and township. The nearby towns provide all amenities such as supermarkets, hotels, pharmacies, medical facilities, cafes, hairdressers, take-away shops and a variety of art, craft and op. shops. Close by is Fleurieu Gin distillery and café, local wineries and the Forktree Brewery and restaurant. It is am 5 minute drive to the Links Lady Bay golf course, clubhouse and restaurant where you can enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner with stunning sunset views along the coast. You can also a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.
There are many local scenic drives to the famous McLaren Vale wine region, Deep Creek coastal National Park, Victor Harbor whale watching, tourist Cockle train and Urimbirra wildlife park, Second Valley fishing, beach and jetty, Myponga Reservoir walking and cycling trails, kayaking, and brewery complex, Wirrina golf resort, boat ramp and marina, the ferry to Kangaroo Island and numerous historic country towns to explore.
