Recomiendo muchísimo este hotel, está ubicado en una zona muy buena, alejado del bullicio del centro pero tampoco lejos, el personal es súper atento, en el front desk le agradezco a Caroline que nos ayudó a imprimir un documento que necesitábamos con urgencia y siempre atenta a lo que necesitábamos, Daniela nos cambió de habitación cuando quisimos cambiarnos de piso y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que nos hiciera falta, pero en general todo el personal de check in es especial, y el personal del rooftop ejemplar, Jesús hace unos tragos exquisitos y siempre está atento tanto el cómo el otro personal que lo ayuda. En fin una experiencia única en este hotel, lo repetiría una y otra vez.

El bar que está en el rooftop es demasiado caro, y tras de eso es súper lento, por unas empanadas y un trago se tardaron 2 hrs, mi hijo pidió toallas limpias los 8 días que estuvimos ahí y nunca le llevaron yo le tuve que dar de las mías, pienso que dos a tres personas fueron muy buenas con nosotros, el elevador se descomponía a cada rato, y la cafetería es lento y caro.

Where do I start?… I believe we have never stayed at a place with such welcoming staff. From the security guys, Santi, Dario; to the front desk Dani (the best host we’ve ever met, she just helped us in every single thing we needed, from transportation arrangements to ordering food, finding places, etc.) and Nelson, and of course the cleaning lady Betty, she was always so attentive to us. These guys just made our stay the greatest of all… Yes there may be more luxurious hotels around, but there are things that money can’t buy. This place is kept pristine, the rooms are very nice, and with super comfortable beds. The view on the roof top is unbeatable, the 2 pools are awesome!! We’re already planning on coming back, and Bondo is our first choice. Thank you guys, we will keep you all in our hearts.

The hotel need to have a laundry on site. I try to clean my cloth but could not do it. Other thing is very important to have a microwave in kitchen. That’s the only two thing the hotel need improve

I stayed at Bondo Estudio during a semi solo trip & I enjoyed every minute! I had to change my dates & the hotel staff was very accommodating, & did great with communication. My room was so beautiful & clean!! There’s security onsite 24/7 & the cutest puppy for back up lol. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable at the hotel. The hotel is directly across from the beach, and about a 10 min ride ($3-6USD) from Centro Historico. There’s a cafe in the lobby with the best croissants & chai tea frappes. The pool/rooftop is so beautiful the only thing missing was a dj to really set the mood in my opinion. The surrounding land is in the process of being redeveloped but there’s still a good amount of traffic because the highway is right there. If you are a light sleeper I don’t think this is the hotel for you because you will hear honking, music, party buses etc very frequently until late in the night. The noise is probably my only con about the hotel other than that 10/10 when I return i definitely plan on staying here again <3

We absolutely loved this hotel and it will be the only place we ever stay at in Cartagena. The views were breathtaking but above all the service and cleanliness were unforgettable. We loved every aspect; the food, the service, the rooftop, the pool, and the room itself. We could not speak more highly of this place. 10/10

Overall the hotel is great - staff super friendly, common areas very clean, rooms comfortable. Room turning / cleaning is not included in booking and should be made clear there’s an extra charge. Location has nothing near it so you need to always go to the centre to eat etc.
