Very Bad Experience in Casa Boutique Hotel in Cartagena

I booked for our end of year family reunion with 23 family members and unfortunately the whole experience was a scam from the beginning as the host reduced the number of bedrooms and baths from what was posted when I booked and it was only because I had a screenshot that he admitted the scam and apologyzed. Looking back we should have cancelled right away and booked another property as it was only the beginning of the nightmare.1- Rain water started coming in thru the light fixtures creating a major hazzard and flooding the entire bottom floor which we had to spend the entire night drying the floor as water was even going in the bedrooms. When I contacted the host at a little after 9pm they said they would come at 8am the following day leaving us to take care of the mess.2- There was no water pressure on the second floor so the toilets were not flushing and the bedrooms smelled because we could not flush them.3- Out of 9 TVs only about 3 had remotes so we had to borrow from one bedroom to the other and some TVs didnt even work.4- Only 4 out of 10 air conditioners had remotes than worked.The host erased the voice notes he sent me so I would not be able to send the to Vrbo proving once again it was a scam. It is my opinion Vrbo should ban this host as he gives the Vrbo platform a very bad reputation.
