The Charleston hotel was terrific. It is traditional as it is a converted convent so the rooms are large. The buffet breakfast was really good, service was excellent with the concierge in booking a trip to a beach club. I highly recommend the hotel as there is a rooftop pool that was not busy during our stay. Several other nice hotels in the neighborhood also have pools but they're much smaller with less lounge chairs and outdoor space.

Beautiful and clean property, smooth check in, good restaurant however breakfast was not up to part with the property, the restaurant menu for lunch amd dinner was awesome however slow at times, they need to concentrate on getting better quality of food for breakfast, cream cheese was awful, salmon was not top quality and they had no bacon strips or house potatoes. Otherwise I would give them a five star

Excellent hotel in Cartagena. I have stayed here over 12 times and keep coming back. Very nice rooftop pool area and housekeeping does a great job. The on site Harry Sasson restaurant has dropped its quality for dinner but there are plenty of places to eat close by.
