The property is new and clean. They rooftop pool with bar , but two things I didn’t like they close early and they don’t have umbrella at all and chair enough to seating enough people.

Good location and excellent staff

Good location. Very clean and comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Aldair gets 5 stars for excellent service. I stayed one night and then decided to stay another 5. He made the transition effortless, moving me into a recently renovated room immediately. I was prepared to have to check out and then wait for check in time but he made sure that didn’t happen. The only negatives were the air conditioning was out for maintenance 2 of the 6 afternoons during my stay and the pool is very small.

El gobierno en Colombia, otorgó beneficio de IVA a los no residentes. En mi calidad de no residente solicité este beneficio, sin embargo el establecimiento lo negó al exigir copia de mi declaración de renta, pasaporte expedido por un país diferente a Colombia y certificado de residencia fiscal del país en el cual soy residente. Una burla!

The WiFi is the worse it doesn’t work and the cleaning lady expects people to leave early I guess because if I don’t ask for my room to be cleaned they wouldn’t have done it.and on another occasion they cleaned my room but they didn’t give any towels or toilette paper so I also had to complain about that situation and all the receptionist said was I’m sorry.

Poor room air conditioning. The thermostat says 18 degrees but the room feels hotter. They said it takes a few hours to kick in cooler air. I asked for another room. They put me in another room. Same situation. So I wait for later that evening to see if anything would change. Same situation. A kind lobby attendant with lots of patience offers to walk me through the hotel to check other vacant rooms. The lobby attendant was kind enough to do this but I told her I can't sleep in such a hot room. We checked out approximate 5 other rooms before I found one with cool air that suits me.

Bad air conditioning

The air conditioning in the room they gave me was hot. They sent someone he checked something on the wall, and said in Spanish that I had to wait a few hours for the coolair to kick in. Later that night the room remained hot. A courteous female at the guest lobby took us around the hotel room after room for us to visit rooms to see if we were satisfied with the cool air. After visiting a few,we finally found a room. Also this hotel guest policy sucks. I understand security protocols but why do guests have to literally go down to the lobby to sign papers to let a friend in for a few mins?

This is probably the worst hotel in Cartagena. Front desk staff are scammers. The hotel is not recommended for your safety and security reasons. I advise you not to stay here

La habitación parece una celda muy pequeña y oscura, el hotel no es bonito y el desayuno no está rico, preferí ir a desayunar a otro lugar, le hace falta limpiar mejor los pasillos pues huele un poco a humedad, lo mejor del lugar es el señor que atiende la puerta en la entrada es la persona más amable y linda que encontré en todo Cartagena literal.
