The rooms are big and modern. The rooms, hotel, and all facilities are very clean. There is extra security at the hotel entrance so we felt very safe as a family with kids. The staff is excellent; very polite and eager to help. A special mention for Jesus, who is top at everything and goes above and beyond. I am not taking stars off, but one disappointing aspect of our stay was the New Year s eve party. The party was mediocre at best, and because of the party the pool and restaurant were closed from 2pm in the afternoon, which was very inconvenient.

The bathroom shower never had hot water, washcloths, towels. But the most important neglect was from management to not inform future guests that the entire Bocagrande beach - which they showcased numerous times - was closed and entirely under construction. The view from our room was atrocious with heavy equipment and a dredge line in the water. If that was disclosed I would never stay there. Very poor. Don’t stay here.
