Travelled with family
The property was nicely located & decent, but by bad luck had 2 key issues. The new washer actually had an immediate issue (we were the 1st users as it needed replaced) and the hot water heater was out for 2.5 days while they replaced the battery. The worst part was the 3rd party administrator that spent a lot of time trying to convince me we didn't know how to use the items. When the owner's rep actually arrived they correctly diagnosed and were very gracious. Gave extra towels and offered us free laundry service (which we declined).
