Great place to stay in Cartagena just a few steps away from the walled city center. Good view of the city center tower area from hotel room balcony. Felt very safe. Attentive staff. Hotel is on the 5th floor. Guard on the 1st floor let's you in and you take the elevator up to the 5th floor. Room was clean and good breakfast.

I cannot express how excellent it was, the attention that the staff provided. It was my husband's bday and to our surprise, when we got back to the room we found a beautiful balloon arrangement! What a great detail! Communication was excellet, 100% and on point! If I ever come back to Cartagena, I will not stay anywhere else but here. As far as everything else, the location was excellent. We were right at the entrance of the historic center by the tower clock and within a short walking distance of Getsemani, a must do! We only had to take an uber the day we went to Boca Grande, the area with the highrise buildings. Congratulations to Terrazas Hotel Boutique for the excellent service

El Hotel Terraza tiene una ubicación ideal, justo frente a la entrada de la Ciudad Amurallada, lo que lo convierte en el punto perfecto para explorar Cartagena. La decoración es preciosa, todo está impecablemente limpio y la estadía se siente realmente cómoda. Amé el servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto, y las vistas son simplemente espectaculares. A solo minutos de la Ciudad Amurallada y a un corto paseo de Getsemaní. Me fui completamente enamorada del hotel. Súper recomendado. Hotel Terraza is perfectly located right across from the entrance to the Walled City, making it the ideal spot to explore Cartagena. The décor is beautiful, everything is impeccably clean, and the stay feels genuinely comfortable. I loved their airport pick-up and transfer service, and the views are absolutely stunning. Just minutes from the Walled City and a short walk to Getsemaní. I left completely obsessed—highly recommend.

Very convenient area near Getsemani , lots of shopping a places to eat . There is no Hotel signage in the front of the building which we were made aware of ,so we have to tell the Uber driver to drop us off at the banks entrance ( hotel lobby is on the 5th floor) the front entrance smelled of urine which is not the hotels fault and a homeless person was sleeping several feet away . The guards at the entrance were very friendly . Otherwise the hotel itself is nice , we had very good breakfast ( although breakfast sitting area is limited and only have 2 tables ) since there were 6 of us and occupied 2 tables ,other guest have to take there breakfast and eat in there room , they did provide them with a tray. Our room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the clock tower . Only suggestions we have is to put a mirror in the room , the girls have to wait for someone to finish using the restroom to use the mirror.
