Pros -- Fabulous breakfast with lots of varieties to choose from. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Good water pressure. Friendly staff especially Orlando who checked me in. 5- minute walk into Walled City. Cons -- Found a dead cockroach in one of the drawers. My room was facing a very busy street. Could be noisy at times.

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. All the staff was courteous and was always more than willing to help us with any request we may have. Rooms were great, food was unbelievable. Especial thanks to Marjorie and Jessica the power house of Matuna. 😀 They truly know everything about customer service and hospitality. Kudos to Mood Matuna.

The bedroom was huge, but the bathroom was tiny (but manageable) and it took some getting use to not putting the toilet paper in the toilet, but we understood why. The breakfast was spectacular (freshly made to order) every day and the staff were great, very helpful, friendly and approachable. Two members of staff stood out. Daniel in reception, who was always willing to help with directions and recommendations to restaurants etc. Sebastien in the breakfast area, always so pleasant and his service was excellent.

Staff was excellent at this hotel. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the hotel. They had no ironing board, iron, no hairdryer, no telephone in the room to communicate with the staff only via text messaging. Very plain room. Shower was cold with no warm water. Very disappointed.
