Hermoso lugar! A medio cuadra del famoso vecindario Getsemaní. La atención fue excelente, pero si creo que se necesita más personal que atienda afuera en el patio y pool. Cuartos son minimalistas pero lo suficiente amplio. Gusto!

Amazing stay! You will not regret!

An amazing hotel we were so sad to leave! The staff were so attentive, the rooms were new and gorgeous! The pool was incredible and we really loved the touch of having La labo products!

Absolutely spectacular property in a great location. The hotel is slightly outside the busiest areas, so it's quiet, while close to "the party." It has both a rooftop pool and a courtyard pool so lots of options, and great options for breakfast in the morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable.

One of the few hotels in Cartagena with normal size (big) pools. Truly excellent breakfast, fantastic croissants. Very good restaurant and bar. Good room; I just did not like the sink directly in the bedroom.

Without doubt one of the best hotels I’ve visited. Upon arrival the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. We received a welcome drink which hit the spot! I would specifically like to mention Robin the general manager. He is very professional and courteous. He selected my partner and I to upgrade to the two tier suite which was absolutely beautiful! This accommodation made our stay even better. What an unexpected surprise! He ensured we were happy throughout our stay. We loved the location of this hotel, in the heart of everything. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The pool was very clean and sun beds were made available- enough for everyone. Bar staff - excellent! Drinks were strong and affordable. I've never met a hotel staff more willing to make sure you have a great time in their city. OSH is our permanent stay whenever we visit Colombia. Thank you guys so much!

Property a 5 star hotel. Attention to details were superb. The most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in all my years of travel. Service was excellent and staff friendly and attentive. The one downside was the limited dining options. However, plenty of dining options within walking distance.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Osh Hotel Cartagena, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by the warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of colonial charm and modern luxury. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall showerhead was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. But what really sets Osh Hotel apart is its incredible location. Situated in the heart of Cartagena's historic Old Town, you're just steps away from the city's most famous landmarks, restaurants, and bars. The hotel's rooftop pool and bar are also not to be missed! The views of the city are breathtaking, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. Overall, I would highly recommend Osh Hotel Cartagena to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in this incredible city. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special! Lovely hotel. Staff was mostly great. One issue seems to be how breakfast, dinner, drinks etc are communicated back and forth between the bar, waitstaff etc. Friday night I had a particularly bad experience in waiting a long time for drinks which tainted my stay a little in how it was handled by the hostess. But it’s a great hotel, staff mostly friendly, great location and I highly recommend.
