The food was delicious they let us to choose anything, the variety it was so much that We didn't have the time to eat everything they were offering, the employees from the restaurant were a UNIQUE experience they were always aware of our needs. I wan to give special THANKS to JUAN from the cafeteria bar for taking care of US. The room was so clean and smell SO GOOD every day It was so nice coming back from the activities and find all kind of supplies. They think about everything creams ,shampoo,cleaning personal tools that exceed my expectations,and the Bed was so comfortable with large fluffy pillows . We were 100% satisfied . For us is a10 stars Hotel thanks so much to all the employees I will recommend this hotel if you want to have a beautiful experience.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Osh! This was my first time visiting Cartagena and I will definitely be staying at Osh for any future visits. The hotel was very clean, down to the small details. The staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations for places to check out around the city as well.

Our stay at the OSH was wonderful, the hotel is super nice, all the employees starting with the reception made us feel special. It is located in Getsemaní. You can walk there without any problem, there are many vendors but tell them no thank you, they don't keep bothering you. It is very close to the historic center. Our stay was wonderful, the food is delicious, thanks to everyone who served us, Reception, Restaurant, Bar, the people who open the door, beautiful and friendly people, we will return to stay at the OSH.

The OSH hotel is TOP TIER, in my opinion. The staff appear to be genuinely friendly and not just because it's their job. From check in, to checkout the staff provided A1 service, and recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful with a ground floor pool, as well as a beautiful rooftop pool that was well lit at night, both pools have a bar. The breakfast included option offers a wide range of delicious dishes available at your request or you have the option of a light buffet. Staff members, Lizz, Natalia, Johanna, & Sebastian were AMAZING. Staff- 5⭐️ Food- 5⭐️ Convenience- 5⭐️ Area Around Hotel- 5⭐️ Rooms- 5⭐️ Overall- 5⭐️

This hotel was in a wonderful location for our adventures in Getsmani and the Walled City. The staff here were excellent and very attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was very clean and we felt very comfortable and safe. We enjoyed staying here and recommend it if you are looking for a nice hotel experience with great dining, shops, etc., right outside the door!

The hotel was located right around the corner from shops, restaurants, bars. Although it was so close by it was quiet, we never had an issue in our room with noise from outside. The services were excellent, staff was friendly and courteous. They had two good size pools one on first floor and one on rooftop. I truly recommend and if im ever in cartagena again, i will definitely be staying here again. I absolutely loved the hotel and location.

Deeply Disappointed

Throughout our stay, my wife was repeatedly questioned by staff about whether she was a registered guest—even when we were together, and after we both confirmed our room number multiple times. The insinuation was clear and offensive , and when we reported the issue, the hotel staff admitted that the questioning may have been influenced by the fact that I am a foreigner and my wife is local—an acknowledgment that left us shocked and hurt. It was embarrassing to day the least and left my wife feeling like she was being profiled and degraded throughout the entirety of our stay. There were also issues with service: a long, disorganized check-in process, inflexible rules (including not allowing my brother-in-law to briefly accompany me to the room just to greet my wife), and technical problems with our room’s TV that took multiple calls to resolve. While hotel staff apologized during our stay and offered to cover our airport transfer, I was told that my complaint had been escalated to management and that I would hear back regarding a refund. That was in mid-May. It is now July, and I have received no further communication, despite sending multiple follow-ups.
