Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Terrible!! Don’t book in this place

I had a booking with this property with my confirmation from hotels.com and when I got to the property they couldn’t find it, I was told that they couldn’t let me check in that day, I was very upset but agreed to come the next day with early check in. When I called the next day, the lady told me that the apartment was under some renovations and gave me a choice of a house that was far from the center. I of course deny it, and found a place more expensive since it was a last minute booking. Very bad experience!! I contact a virtual agent from hotels.com since I didn’t have long distance calls but didn’t help me at all. A complete nightmare!!
