Hands-down, the staff was very polite. But for a resort, there’s nothing open late at night to eat, and it was also very quiet and boring in the evenings- it didn’t have the Columbia vibe The rooms are awesome, and the staff is great!

Loved our stay here. The place was so immaculately maintained, the landscaping was so beautiful, and with live plants even in the bathrooms, the place had the upscale feeling that we paid for. This is expensive - considering this is Colombia, but we lived our stay. The restaurants on site were also very good - breakfast at Calablanca was not the run of the mill hotel breakfast. We had dinner at Bahia twice - everything was delicious. Service staff were super friendly and cheerful all the time Beach was clean and calm. Not much seaweed to speak of Highlight or our trip

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff was incredibly attentive—friendly, helpful, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was very good, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. The wine was also great, though it did feel a little overpriced compared to the rest of the menu. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!
