The staff are absolutely amazing. From the moment we checked in they were extremely friendly, attentive allowing us to truly relax and know everything was well taken care of. The property is immaculate and the beach is well taken care of. If you are looking for a place to sit back, relax and re-charge your batteries this is the place.

Very beautiful and luxurious property, the beach is small but gorgeous, the many pools and attention to detail are a nice touch. Food is delicious albeit more expensive than the other hotel we stayed at (to be expected in a luxury hotel).

The staff here was awesome - friendly, attentive and capable. The property is modern and beautiful, has a nice beach (with good chair service) and offers several dining and bar options and several pools. The breakfast was different each day and full of delicious options. The room was just right and had a lovely balcony. We didn't use the spa but others we spoke with said it was very good. We're not usually resort people but thought we'd stay here after 2 weeks of traveling in Colombia cities. To us, it seemed like a good full service resort. We were looking for something quiet with enough activity to keep things interesting for our week-long stay. However, we didn't expect so many corporate gatherings - retreats, conventions, large blocks of same-industry people. We felt that their presence, their sometimes rowdiness, and all the other activity surrounding them (not to mention the regular closings of some food options) kept this resort from being top-notch for us. To be fair, the pricing wasn't Four Seasons level so perhaps it was what we should have expected in this price range. The manager wanted our opinion and we shared that with him so I think they are eager to please but it seems that their business model is to emphasize (or at least fill half the place with) corporate events rather than couples and families.

This hotel was a great getaway from the busyness of Cartagena! The staff was amazing - they provided complementary cold essential oil towels on the beach and fruit kebabs! The transportation to and from the boat went very smoothly and the hotel agent helped us order a ride back to the walled city after our getaway. The rooms were very nice as well. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing - croissants with gold flakes and endless options were a nice surprise. Honestly the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had at a resort. The dinner was so-so… we ordered the catch of the day and pizza - both of which would not recommend. Maybe we just got a bad batch. The gym also had great equipment and was a nice vibe. We didn’t make it to any workout classes but it’s nice that they offer that. Overall, highly recommend!!
