Property is good. Location is excellent. It reminds me of being in New Orleans when you stand on the balcony looking at the movement of the people below. Steps away from Torre Reloj. Tons of restaurants, money exchange places, and shops around. To change your money, walk out the front door, turn left, pass the small cafe, then the money exchange place is there on your left (has a great rate). People party at night so ask for ear plugs if you need them. Didn’t bother us, we slept well. They do have hot water unlike what others said. You have to move the shower handle to the left and then it gets hot. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are kind, helpful, and attentive.

Place is nice and according to neighborhood. Very well located for walking inside the walled city. We did have an issue; somebody took some US$ cash from the safe. We reported this issue to the manager, but nothing was done.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful both at reception and breakfast , very accommodating , we checked in late room is spacious , little dark , had problems with the safe on arrival , cut my leg on the corner of the bed , and had a issue with the hotel wanting to charge me 40 USD to bring a guest ( Massuer ) to my room for an hour , this info should be shared before booking as I’ve never experienced this before , spoke to the GM little English but he waviered that charge for the duration of my stay , location great , nice stay once we got over the hurdles of rules of hotel ..

Nos hospedamos por dos noches y desde que llegamos la atención del chico de recepción excelente muy amable y dispuesto. La habitación muy confortable, con un poco de olor a antiguo pero nada que ocasione molestias. La parte del desayuno y el personal fue súper excelente siempre dispuesto y atento a brindar el mejor servicio; mi esposo estaba de cumpleaños le dieron cake le cantaron fue espectacular muy agradable y agradecida. Volvería siempre

I loved the way the staff welcomed us when we got there. They treated us to a complimentary cocktail. The staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
