The property shares a plot with the owners' house, but thanks to its careful orientation, no window looks onto your reserved space, guaranteeing total privacy. Outside, a covered barbecue area is perfect for enjoying family meals outdoors, while two umbrellas and sunbeds allow you to rest in the shade after a swim in the pool. Additionally, a corner prepared for having tea or reading offers a quiet space to disconnect.



The interior combines sloping ceilings and rustic decoration to create a warm and functional atmosphere. The living-dining room, open to the American kitchen, is the heart of the house, equipped with a comfortable sofa, television and table for family gatherings. The kitchen has everything essential, including induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, facilitating the preparation of any meal.



The house has two main bedrooms: one spacious with a double bed and space to store luggage, and another private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, perfect for greater privacy. This additional bedroom has two single beds and controlled climate for optimal rest. Additionally, the living room offers a piece of furniture with two folding single beds, expanding the capacity up to 8 people with two additional beds available.



The main bathroom is bright and spacious, equipped with a shower tray. The house also offers heat pump heating for comfort in any season. Among its amenities are wifi internet access, hair dryer, fan, and outdoor parking in the same plot. The plot is fully fenced, ideal for families with children who want to enjoy a safe rural environment.



Located just 7 km from Cártama and 38 km from rocky beaches such as the Calaburras Lighthouse, this rural house is situated in a strategic location near supermarkets, restaurants and several cities of interest such as Alhaurín el Grande and Coín.
