Convenient and safe location with access to the mall and lots of parking spaces. Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good and shower was ok. Room lacked clothes iron and soap dish on the sink and had damage to the wall paper. Our room was close to the shopping parking lot that had a venue on the rooftop that hosted a party Friday and Saturday night. Music was very loud which made it impossible to sleep. Lots of very loud people on the hall checking out at 6 am on Saturday. Good hotel, but definitely not quiet.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado e as instalações confortáveis com excelente café da manhã e wi-fi. No entanto, deixou a desejar na manutenção e limpeza. Já nos hospedamos por várias ocasiões e, dessa vez, tínhamos um banheiro com vazamentos na pia e o box sem a devida vedação que levava a água do banho até o quarto, ainda a televisão sem funcionar todos os canais. Como pouco ficamos no quarto, deixamos e avisamos na recepção... A limpeza do quarto e dos corredores era precária, porém, suficiente para quem estava somente de passagem. Vou privilegiar o elogio, mas fica anotado para que os administradores fiquem atentos. Em particular, estavam oferecendo uma VAN para transportar hóspedes até o Pátio de Eventos - uma excelente ideia - porém, na oportunidade a VAN levou quatro pessoas em pé, ou seja, além da capacidade, o que torna a inciativa tão boa, lamentável, seja por ir de encontro à lei de trânsito, seja, pela segurança dos hóspedes.

Embora o hotel tenha boas instalações , é horrível não ter serviço de quarto , nem a opção de comprarmos alguma coisa no restaurante do hotel. Outra coisa horrível, foi que reservamos dois quartos e um deles solicitei que fosse com duas camas de solteiro , mas, quando chegamos só tinha duas de casal. Outro fato negativo foi que minha sogra é idosa e solicitamos 15 dias antes quartos próximos e no primeiro momento nos colocaram em quartos distantes embora no mesmo andar. Outro fato horrível é que o ar condicionado do nosso quarto no quinto andar não estava funcionando e avisamos desde que chegamos, mas, só fomos relocados para os quartos do 7* andar durante a madrugada quando mudaram os funcionários e os mesmos eram mais atenciosos, porque os anteriores disseram que não tinha vaga.UM ABSURDO E FALTA DE RESPEITO!!!!!!!
