Excellent property, far exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to sea view room at arrival without even asking. The front desk staff, Ricardo, Ana and Ines were extremely polite and helpful. The staff arranged a boat tour of the coastline immediately upon our arrival so we could take advantage of the weather. The only suggestions we have would be to improve the Azur Bar service and food and on notifying the staff they immediately addressed it. Breakfast options were excellent and views across the property are incredible. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!

Overall stay was great. Staff were attentive. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices. Spa was also nice and very clean. Although would have been better if they have more staff to accommodate my husband as well. She was nice to notice my birthday though and gave me a bottle of champagne, dried fruit and nuts with my tea after my massage.

This is a very fine hotel, situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean and cliffs. Service is tops. The free breakfast buffet is excellent, including fresh breads, fresh fruits, deli items, omelet bar, champagne, in addition to more traditional entries. The buffet staff is tops as well. A short walk to several restaurants and cafes with a variety of cuisines.

Good for romantic couples as well as family stays.

Another great stay at Tivoli Carvoeiro - we come here regularly for special occasions, but this time we brought both our children (ages 2 and 4) and again had a great time.

The seaside view from the hotel is incredible. The access to the Seven Hanging Valleys trail was very convenient. Breakfast was quite enjoyable.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely beautiful. Great location as a home base to explore the Algarve. Highly recommend the ocean view rooms with balcony. Delicious breakfast and walkable to great restaurants.
