I booked a ground floor king bed and when we got to the motel they said they didn’t have it anymore. What is the use of a reservation if the motel doesn’t honor it? S shower was luke warm and slow to drain. Smell of smoke drifting in from neighbors rooms smoking in front.. cats everywhere

Bed sheets stained. Old torn desk chair. No phone. Writing on light switch. Broken bath faucet. No remote, tv was on n stayed on. No ac. I can’t believe this is on Expedia website. Slept about 3 hours only because we couldn’t drive anymore n too tired to get another hotel. I never complain, but this was unbelievably a bad experience!!! I need a refund on this poor old hotel.

In times there wasn’t staff around. Outside the room was very dirty, trash downstairs, smelled horrible and also drug addicts walking around. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel looked like it was abandoned. The smell of cats and garbage was gross. The rooms were slightly better than the outside and i did not feel safe in my room. Its not the hotels fault they are what they are. I should have known you get what ypu pay for.

Horrible !do not stay there unless you have no other choice, and you are on a really tight budget. Sheets were stained, toilet was broken, walls were patched, you check in at a kiosk ( weird )

Recent paint, new bed, AC and TV but sink had holes in it. The "No Contact" check-in at the 'lobby' felt like a prison-- some color and decor is needed!

Eloy is not really a town, it's a bunch of truck stops with a couple motels. We should have left at check in but were just hoping for clean sheets. Nope. They were dingy, stained, wrinkled...were they even changed? Room was nasty. We aren't too picky, we often get motels when travelling. Slept with our clothes on, hoods up and shoes on. Did not leave anything in the room or in our car. Got woken up at 11/12pm by people outside being very loud, laughing, etc. They parked their no exhaust truck with the headlights directly shining in our room. They left at 1am, came back 20 minutes later. They left again at 3am, came back 20 minutes later. Earlier they were installing a subwoofer and carrying large tubs out of their room. Not a place to stay. I think a lot of people live there. We left the next morning and got a room in Casa Grande at the Super 8.
