Tv was in poor shape, however I did get a replacement. Towels were not available until the afternoon. Toilet paper also.
My stay was actually for 4 days prior thru another booking in the same room.
I probably would not book again. Did not like the pet friendly environment or lack of amenities.
First I booked a queen room and knew I'd be checking in late. I called when I booked and asked if that was okay and he said no problem. I arrived and the kiosk said my room was not available (no real person in the office). I called the manager and he said there was an issue and no other queen rooms so I can stay in a double room or find another hotel. Since it was 11pm I did not want to go through the hassle of another hotel. I asked if I could have a partial refund due to the room being a downgrade and he refused, again telling me if I didn't like it that I could go somewhere else. I was charged for a queen room on expedia and the receipt the kiosk printed out for my 2 double beds was less than that. (I do know that rooms are not always guaranteed when booking on expedia - that is not the issue). The issue is I paid for a more expensive room and he put me in a less expensive room and refused to do a partial refund and was extremely rude about it. Even after chatting with expedia and having them contact the manager he still refused to compensate for the difference between what was on the receipts. The inn was not full and there seems to be dozens of empty rooms, I can't imagine that there was literally no other queen rooms or why he would not partially refund the difference.
Check in is 3:00 we got there at 5 and room wasn’t ready yet. Didn’t get in until after 6:00. Would be ok if discounted but it wasn’t. Dogs barking early and people yelling at each other. Room just ok at least there was a fridge and microwave wouldn’t stay again.
The bed was comfortable water temperature was perfect only thing ac and heat didn’t work in room but it was ok and no phone in room to contact the front desk
Property is unkept, disorganized. Had a dog puke on the ground in front of my window, and they didn't clean it up that well
Stray cats abound, some live in the attic space, I could hear movement. The rooms are clean though, so just don't go outside
