Positives- large and lots of outdoor spaces. In the foothills so lovely surroundings. Negatives- our door on our room would latch itself shut. We had to have it opened 2 days in a row. They blast rock and roll on the lobby at 4 a.m.! Very, very loud! I have no idea why. After we checked out they called to tell us we needed to vacate our room since it latched itself closed. We said WE DID check out. You need to fix your door!!!!!!!

Overall hotel stay

The hotel stay was OK. Rooms a bit dark and dated. Needs new carpet in bedroom. Several long black hairs on bathroom floor. Hand held sprayer in shower awkward to use, too low. Shower faucet and fixtures clunky. All personnel were great. David, the concierge, was excellent!

In need of a remodel

The property is in very bad shape. We booked a family vacation for 3 nights, arriving late in the evening. I carried my sleeping daughter into the room, and found it to be filthy; stains on the bedding, stains on the floor, calcium and mold buildup in the bathroom. I text the front desk to ask for a cancellation effective the the following morning given my kid was already asleep; they obliged, and the following morning I asked for a full refund. The refund was received, but not before the front desk attempted to negotiate several different price points, advocating that I received "free parking" and needed to at least cover the resort fee. Showing photos of the room, including blood stains on the bedding, allowed the refund to process. It was fairly frustrating - honestly, we just wanted to have an easy family vacation, not begin the trip by relocating - but we shifted to a new hotel and had a nice experience.

Staff were nice, property is pretty old and dated. Needs a Reno for sure. Limited amenities. Tennis courts and basketball courts are closed off for no reason, seemed like just lack of maintenance. Unfortunate because it limits things you can do, especially with the kids looking forward to use those facilities

This property was awful. The rooms were outdated and dirty. The lazy river and pools were filthy and were filled with leaves and other dirt. The drains in the pool were so dirty that with the little suction whirlpools were forming over the drains. It was confusing to get to the room. They don’t offer transportation to and from the rooms unless you find someone with a cart. The menu for dining had maybe 10 options and the menu never changes. There was construction going on the entire time during our stay which carried on until 8 most nights. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

The pool and the cleanliness was excellent. The room and the beds were very nice. The puppet course was poor every hole the flag was broke, and it wasn’t very good. The only problem I had was, I had a winter special massage which should’ve been $129 plus a tip. It came out to $189. When I went back to the spa. The lady said she’d fix it and it was never fixed two days later. I called them again about the issue. She finally fixed it and said oh I needed your credit card to do it, but didn’t bother to call me. And she said the tip was 20% of the regular charge which is not right so the spa experience was a letdown. The girl that did the massage was very good but you guys charge way too much for your service.

The pools and water park were excellent. We were worried about it being too cold in January, but all the water features and pools were perfectly heated just enough to be comfortable. The mini golf and pool volleyball was great. We had a blast. Thank you!
