Was rented a dirty unit. It took 24 hrs to get a different, clean unit. Had no toilet paper, dirty linens on beds, dirty towels in bathroom. Poor communication. Had to request 3 times for issue to be resolved. Unit did not look like photos. Photos are misleading.
This property is not a hotel but an apartment complex renting units by the night through Expedia and that distinction matters a lot
There is no front desk at all. Check in is handled through a third party app staffed by outsourced support. Getting help was difficult and communication was frustrating from the start
I never received the door code before arrival. When I contacted support I was given the wrong code. Later in the evening while dealing with a fussy toddler I had to contact them again only to be told I had not paid the deposit even though I already had. It took far too long to finally get the correct code and access to the unit
The mattress was easily the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. A pile of blankets on the floor would have been more comfortable
The next day the WiFi did not work at all so watching TV or relaxing during downtime was not an option
The large sliding glass door facing the pool and walkways has no curtain which means zero privacy and neither
This was honestly the worst hotel style experience I have ever had
The only positive is that it was a two bedroom apartment for about the same price as a standard hotel room. That was extremely helpful since I was traveling with my son
Overall I would strongly recommend just booking a regular hotel in this price range especially one with free breakfast. Only consider this place if having a second bedroom is absolutely necessary and you are prepared for a very hands off and frustrating check in process
As a solo female traveler, I was absolutely appalled that the door key was left sitting where anyone could have grabbed it during that night.
The room was absolutely filthy. That I ended up in the Emergency a few hours later.
Clumps of hair and mildew in the shower, filthy bedding covered in hair, and dirty socks left under the bed from a previous guest.
Either the bed/bedding or headboard reeked of cat urine.
The condo was great. The third party giving the door code was a little nerve racking tho. No code. Then wrong code. Then got in. Quiet, clean, and had all the amenities.
Dont stay here... unsafe neighborhood, broken window locks, very dirty window blinds, dirty AV filter cover, very old flat pillows.

We enjoyed our stay, just a few recommendations coming from Seniors.
..a handicap bar to get out of the shower
..a recliner or a couple of regular size chairs
..a dresser with a mirror
The room was clean and the organization is doing upgrades. They had done a nice job on the bathroom. There were sufficient electric appliances to prepare light breakfasts and coffee. The staff worked hard to fix access issues and after a little of a bumpy start, things worked out.

The room was clean but we saw 2 baby and 2 adult roaches. The bathroom was clean and shower tile looked fairly new. There was an old tire and couch sitting outside of the apartment. The neighbors were quiet. It is located in an older apartment building and the room smelled musty. The room could use more furniture to make it more comfortable. There was no couch or bedside tables. Only the bed and a small table with 2 chairs, a standing lamp and a mounted tv on the wall. Improvements would make the stay more enjoyable. Although no one bothered us and everyone seemed friendly I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We booked our stay and received a confirmation email so we thought we were confirmed. We arrived at 3:30 pm ready for our check in at 4:00 pm and we hadn’t received our check in details. We called and the attendant was very kind and patient and shared that we had to do another confirmed and pay a deposit. We filled out the information and paid and we were told we would receive the details at 4:00 pm 4:15 and then the details still hadn’t come in. Once we checked in the hotel was okay

This place and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for renting this filthy place out, absolutely disgusting and infested with bedbugs and roaches. Mattress full of urine and no dish soap or laundry pods in sight like they claimed. No pillows for the pull out couch nor blankets.. I don’t understand why Expedia is even helping them rent this place out. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete nightmare that ruined our entire thanksgiving weekend
Took over a hour for them to respond to let me in the room. Once in the room it smelt like mildew, was very old and in a ghetto area. They advertised a pool and workout area but won’t let you use it. The whole deal felt like a scam!

Unable to access the room because an incorrect entry code had been provided. We were left standing outside in the rain for an extended period, making multiple calls in an effort to reach management for assistance. Once we finally gained entry, we were appalled by the state of the unit—it was extremely unclean from top to bottom.
The bed was unmade, and the extra sheets provided were visibly stained with blood. We were forced to sleep uncovered and used my husband’s personal bath towel from home instead. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with a used washcloth still hanging in the shower and clear signs that it had not been properly cleaned.

Room was fithy. Took us all day to clean. Had to run dryer 2 cycles. We had rain on Saturday, both windows leaked terribly. Door frame had screws in it. Locked the dead bolt and moved door and frame almost came off. Not happy with the room at all. Stayrd before with no problem. And try to get ahold of somebody to get something done, runaround.
The property has a smell , a lot of the furnishings and kitchen stuff are worn out, the wifi instructions are incorrect and it’s hard to communicate with the property managers.
