Bonjour nous revenons de nos vacances je me permets de vous envoyer un message Merci d'abord pour votre appartement Martine la dame qui gÚre la location est de trÚs bon conseils et est trÚs professionnelle Par contre a notre arrivée elle nous à appris qu'il n'y avais pas de draps de prévu Et que pour 3 nous devions 25 euros si nous voulions des draps Je me suis permise de regarder sur l'annonce et rien n'est noté comment cela se passe t'il du coup ? Merci a vous

Super Aussicht und sehr gute Lage, aber

Die BegrĂŒĂŸung und der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Martine war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar und die NĂ€he zu vielen schönen StrĂ€nden ist auch super. Allerdings gibt es auch ein paar Minuspunkte. Das Appartement mit seiner Ausstattung ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich und sind zum Teil beschĂ€digt. Im Bad riecht es unangenehm und die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Die zwei BĂ€nke auf der Terrasse haben Schimmelflecken und in der KĂŒche gibt es eine Steckdose, die nicht sehr sicher aussieht. Weiterhin steht sehr viel verstaubter Tand in den Regalen, den wir erstmal beiseite rĂ€umen mussten, um Platz fĂŒr unsere Sachen zu haben. BettwĂ€sche / HandtĂŒcher können bei der Verwalterin gemietet werden. Wir haben ca. 60€ fĂŒr 4 Personen bezahlt.

SĂ©jour merveilleux vue grandiose

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© merveilleusement bien accueillis par Martine personne adorable . La location est situĂ©e Ă  flanc de montagne. La vue est exceptionnelle. La montĂ©e Ă  l’appartement est un peu raide mais tout Ă  fait gĂ©rable pour une personne moyennement sportive. Plage accessible Ă  pied 20mn de marche Dynamique. L’appartement est composĂ© d’un salon trĂšs confortable avec tv, wifi (indispensable car pas trop de connexion). 3 couchages de 2 personnes dont 1 chambre complĂštement fermĂ©e. Toutes les chambres ont des moustiquaires. Environnement trĂšs calme et reposant. Quand Ă  la terrasse c’est le point fort , une vue imprenable, espace trĂšs confortable avec une grande table. Cuisine parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e, il ne manque rien du tout. PropriĂ©taire et gestion sur place par Martine, bc de gentillesse et d’attentions Pour conclure, je recommande ce lieu de vacances.

Nous avons reçu un trÚs bon accueil de Martine (un grand merci pour sa disponibilité) . L appartement est conforme à l annonce et aux photos, la déco est en peu datée mais ça n enlÚve rien au confort et surtout à la vue extraordinaire sur la mer... Nous recommandons !!

La personne qui devait m'accueillir ne sais mĂȘme pas dĂ©placer m'a donnĂ© quelques petites informations pour trouver le logement ce qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© simple. AprĂšs avoir enfin trouvĂ©, accĂšs trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs compliquĂ© surtout en moto qui plus ait en grosse moto de tourisme, les parkings pas Ă©vident non plus, Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l'appartement j'ai commencĂ© par nettoyer et dĂ©sinfecter trouvant tes cheveux alors je suis chauve dans le lavabo du sable dans le bac Ă  douche, donc tel que dit initialement j'ai dĂ» faire un grand nettoyage. Aucune indication concernant le dĂ©pĂŽt des poubelles(local poubelle) donc j'ai dĂ» laisser mes 2 sacs poubelles Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Toutes les chambres sont Ă  l'Ă©tage que je vais appeler mezzanine et l'accĂšs se fait par un "escalier" de meunier je ne vous cache pas qu'il faut ĂȘtre bien rĂ©veillĂ© pour les descendre et aller aux toilettes qui se situe dans la salle de bain au rez-de-chaussĂ©e Les cĂŽtĂ©s positifs sont la vue sur la baie de Sagone l'intĂ©rieur est certes vieux mais par contre bien Ă©quipĂ© J'en garderai un souvenir moyen moins
