This apartment is located in the Alcazaba lake, which is one of the first complexes in Europe with a crystalline lake. It is ideal for paddle boarding, kayaking and enjoying a beautiful artificial beach nestled in the hills of Estepona. The complex has several lagoon-type pools and its own restaurants by the lake; it has a progressive entrance that simulates the seaside, which is ideal for younger children. The property is located on the first floor of one of the blocks and has a lift or stairs. The main entrance corridor gives access to a state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with high-end lighting and appliances; it has a breakfast bar with a view of the open living room and dining room, which is bright and airy. There is access to a sunny terrace with partial sea view and well-maintained gardens. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, covered parking.



Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. Estepona is located approximately 7 minutes by car, as is Arroyo Vaquero beach, which is a large sandy beach less than 4 minutes away. There is easy access to supermarkets, schools and the new hospital that was completed in 2021. Estepona is a large family-friendly coastal town with numerous activities throughout the year, beautiful Andalusian squares and lively streets in the charming historic centre of Estepona. The promenade runs along Estepona's main beaches, with the promenade renovation project ongoing with the aim of connecting all the promenades of towns and villages from Manilva to Nerja.
