Overall a good stay
We enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and worked well for the 2 of us. Glad there was a 2nd bed in the unit because the bed in the master bedroom was too hard for us to sleep comfortably on.
Overall the resort is a great place to vacation with family. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment and had a lot of fun.

Bait and switch
The property is at Point Sebago, which was fun and busy. I can recommend the site wholeheartedly.
This property itself however was damp, smelly, and dirty. Bathroom and living room smelled of urine. A dehumidifying bag was so full it had leaked on the floor. The bath tub was too dirty to use, and a bed was moldy when our guest tried to use it- of the five of us scheduled to stay, only three were able to due to cleanliness. Lastly, after advising the host that we'd like a partial refund, they ghosted us. Not great.
