For the price I paid I would think they could have done a better job cleaning the place. There was blood on the floor and they didn’t seem like they cared. The shampoo and body wash was empty and the maid didn’t even try to fix the problem.

The Riverside Hotel was great! For a great price, it was a great place to stay. The atrium offers a wonderful setting to socialize and hang out. With a pool, hot tub and an arcade, there’s plenty to do if you’re not already busy. We were busy, so we didn’t spend much time there, but the little we did was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was amazing! Very helpful!

I wanted to give this hotel a better review because I haven’t stayed there since it’s been remodeled. But truthfully, the bed was not comfortable. The TV did not work until the next morning. The bathroom had not been cleaned and the toilet seat was broken. I am comparing it to the AmericInn next-door where we stayed the night before and everything was just better at that hotel. I will give the breakfast five stars. It was very good and there was a lot to choose from.

Very nice and well maintained facility. Huge, beautiful atrium with pool, hot tub, breakfast area, and lots of space to relax. Room was updated and very nice although the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Great bargain

Great venue. Love hotels with nice atriums. Room seemed a little cold; hard to dial in HVAC. Water also seemed a little cold. However, inconveniences were minor. Definitely on my list for Casper!

The motel has an odor

The motel had an odor, like sewer, so that wasn't comfortable. We couldn't figure out the tv. Thankfully, we didn't spend much time in the room. It was tiny.

Has an odor

The first two nights we didn't notice the odor (we had noticed it the last time we stayed). Like I said, the first couple nights, no odor, the third day when we came back, it smelled like a sewer issue in the hallway and in our room. I used my Lysol which I learned from the last stay I needed. Other than this and the heating system, it was ok. The heater/cooler was either HOT or cold, no in between. It could use an updated heating system.

My hotel room did not have heat, it was below freezing temperatures. I called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. When I checked out I let them know about the problem and they said someone would be reaching out to me about a possible refund.

The rooms are decent, but noisy. You hear so much of what is going on in the hall or the room next to you. Overall it is worth the price. For some reason the lobby smelled like a septic system, but the rooms didn’t smell so that is good.

The atrium was fixed very pretty, where they had breakfast and indoor pool area! Breakfast they ran out but they were very busy with all the tournaments, when they refilled it it was pretty good with a wide variety of breakfast items. The rooms were okay, needs some TLC though
