It is distributed over three floors, we find on the ground floor: living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, toilet, terrace with barbecue and balcony. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 2 bathrooms with bath. On the second floor: 1 attic-type bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a terrace-solarium. It has all kinds of equipment such as washing machine, italian coffee maker, fans, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 28 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
