This beautiful vacation home is located 800 meters from the center of S. Maria di Castellabate is surrounded by an olive grove of 4000 m². The accommodation consists of two double rooms and two twin rooms and two large bathrooms. A large living room - kitchen with sofa bed and peninsula welcomes you in the house, which consists of two units that can be separated by a door in the middle of the hallway. Leider für Herbst völlig ungeeignet

Dad Haus kann eigentlich nur im Sommer genutzt werden. Es stand kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Das gibt es nur an sonnigen Tagen und bei höheren Außentemperaturen. Wir waren die ersten Mieter, die jemals im Oktober dort waren und wurden vertröstet. Passiert ist nichts und wir mussten einen Wasserkocher kaufen, um etwas Warmwasser mit teurem Strom zum waschen zu haben. Duschen ging gar nicht. Auch steht anders als angegeben keine Zentralheizung zur Verfügung. Die Schlafzimmer können mit der Klimaanlage beheizt werden. Ein teures Vergnügen. Bäder und Wohnräume blieben kalt. Der Anbieter hat auf unsere Reklamation bisher nur mit einer Bestätigung reagiert. Drei Sterne gibt es, weil Haus, Garten und Lage sehr gut sind.
