Casa Trezeni is a charming apartment located in the heart of Santa Maria di Castellabate, on the beach of Marina Piccola, right in the pedestrian area opposite the Sanctuary of Santa Maria a Mare; the apartment, of about 75 square meters, is located on the 3rd and last floor (with a lift, but first you have to make a flight of 12 steps) of a finely restored historic building with quality materials and covered with stone. The apartment consists of a first bedroom with a standard double bed 160x200 cm large, a second bedroom with a standard double bed 160x190 cm, a living area with a kitchenette and an extendable table with 4 chairs and a double sofa bed (which can be opened). if necessary, a bathroom with masonry shower equipped with internal light and a bathtub; each room has a double exposure with only facing balconies, TV, wardrobe or chest of drawers (another wardrobe is located in the corridor), the mattresses are new mixed springs and memory foam 25 cm high, class 1 medical device; hot / cold air-conditioning with independent thermostat for every room, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, glasses and plates, set of 6 wine glasses with professional bottle opener, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe , free wi-fi, linen (sheets and bath) included, final cleaning included, balcony clothesline.
In the summer months it is possible to use the lift to go directly to the beach.
The apartment can be reached by car only for the eventual unloading of luggage, while for parking, within a radius of 100 meters there are guarded private parking lots and paid municipal parking lots; instead, at about 500 meters, at the end of Corso Matarazzo, there is a free municipal parking area as well as additional private parking areas with paid surveillance.
Casa Trezeni is ideally located for access to all services, shops, bars, pizzerias, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, mini-markets, restaurants that are just a few steps away. The beaches in front of the House are partly equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and partly free; in the immediate vicinity, moreover, there are long beaches also partly equipped and partly free. At 50 meters from the property there is a self service laundry.
It is the drivers' sole responsibility to pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Castellabate for each person for each day for a maximum of 6 nights, the City Council resolution n ° 00049/2018 dated 30.03.08.
