Very dirty room, cigarette smelling, broken toilet, blood stained sheets, hair all over sink and shower and floor, no WiFi, no parking, no help. Employees go into room whenever they please for no reason. Worst experience ever. We went to celebrate my pregnant wife’s bday, paid for an upgraded room and spoke to property ahead of time. Instead they gave us their worst room. If I could give 0 stars I would. They promised to refund and never did. Had to put a claim with my credit card. Awful experience.

5/5 Worth every penny.

Truly a hidden gem. The staff is very welcoming and tended to all our needs. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are cozy, bathroom very sleek and clean. The location is walking distance from the shoreline and the metro so exploring everything the coast had to offer was easy. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel now that I’ve been to it.
