This is a lovely hotel. The rooms were nice, there were complimentary robes and slippers to wear and the pool area was lovely. They also had complimentary Netflix. The staff were so considerate, although they did appear to suffer with staff shortages, so waiting a while for food and drink was normal.

This hotel is perfect relaxing getaway on the beach. Definitely worth it to get a balcony room overlooking the beautiful sea and beach views. They have beach chairs and umbrellas to use when you ask them at the desk which is great for going to the beach right next to the hotel. The restaurant attached is very good and have a great Mediterranean salad. Highly recommend!

Save your money, stay elsewhere. We’ve been staying in stitches for nearly 20 years but this is the first time at this hotel. This is not what I expect from a four star property. Room 216 had clearly not had a proper deep clean in some considerable time as everything you touched was dusty or dirty. The shower enclosure suffered from a considerable amount of black mould around the edges and on the tile work, and the toilet was faulty, constantly running. We had paid for breakfast as part of our deal. What a disappointment this was. Poor quality, limited choice, staff who were engaged in restocking the restaurant, and cleaning and vacuuming being carried out whilst you were eating your breakfast. There was also a lack of choice with the available offerings being very limited, and getting less as the week went on. Whilst the pool area is nice, this was about the most positive thing about the hotel, other than the friendliness of the reception staff. After checking out on the last day, I went to the toilet in the reception area close the door behind me, only to discover there was no handle to open to get back out. I had to be released by staff who managed to get the door open the solution to this problem was to simply take the door away, so no privacy if you needed to use the toilet. If I pay for four star, I expect a certain level of service and quality. At 200+ euros a night, spend your money in a different hotel. It will cost you less and you will get so much more.

A wonderful place to end a two week visit

We had a wonderful but too short stay to mark the final day of our two week visit to Spain. The location across The street from a soft sandy beach couldn’t be beat and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We wished we could stayed another day or two but our return flight waited.

Fantastic stay here for 2 nights, we loved the close location to the beach water front with a sea view too from our room. The hotel is clean and the bed is a dream, felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is lovely, nice restaurant space and great selection! Ivan at the front desk is awesome! Definitely will come back :) thank you for a wonderful stay.
