The ground floor features a modern open-plan kitchen, a guest toilet, and a welcoming, air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a small 4-meter mooring. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, which includes a full bathroom, two air-conditioned double bedrooms (each with two 90cm beds), and two small balconies perfect for relaxing. A truly unique house that will charm you!
