Rooms were NOT where advertised, but 4km away!

Surprisingly, in a negative way, our rooms were 4 km away from where we actually booked. There was zero information of this on the booking site. We have stayed at this property before and had rooms on the farm itself. (After all it is promoted as an Agriturismo). So to check in or to use the laundry, or to use the pool we had to make a 8km round trip. Very disappointing and clearly NOT what we booked. We also had to cancel our special dinner booked on site.

We got two apartments for my large family, one of them was great however the other one, was definitely not ready to be rented yet. It was freshly painted, so reeked of paint smell even as you approached the apartment. The AC wasn't working at all. There was no wifi.

Poor roads to accommodation, otherwise excellent

Really good experience. No air conditioning in 2nd bedroom and learnt to deal with approach road which unfortunately was similar to other roads in Italy but a shock. Staff great though.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein echtes Highlight war der Wein aus dem hauseigenen Weingut: ausgezeichnet im Geschmack und perfekt, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Been there 2 days and it was super fun! Host is super enjoyable. We had the appartement in the village and was able to walk to restaurant and cafe shop. Village is nice with many restaurant. Sunset at the pool are amazing.
