The flat is located in a quiet area in Località Ponton di SAnt'Ambrogio V.lla .
The most important amusement park in Italy, GARDALAND, is only 9 km away and the other most famous amusement parks in the area are only a short distance away: Sea Life, Legoland, Caneva World, Movieland. In 3.5 km the Parco Natura Viva (auto-Safari) and the 'Villa dei Cedri' thermal park. Also within 19 km is the city of love and history, Verona.

The terraced house is surrounded by the moraine hills, and within a fenced complex that guarantees security and privacy.
It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a communal green area, perfect for children and the possibility to eat outside in the courtyard in front of the house and enjoy the beautiful days.
After the raised and independent entrance, there is a living area with a kitchenette, fully equipped with everything you need and a bathroom with a shower.
The house has two bedrooms: the first has a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a bright window offering a pleasant view of the surrounding greenery. The second bedroom has a small desk and a practical bunk bed, which is excellent for accommodating family or friends.
The cosy atmosphere and quiet surroundings make this flat an ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday immersed in nature, but close to the lake and amusement parks. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out at 10 a.m.

- Late check-in: after 19:00 surcharges will apply.
