The cosy and well-furnished apartment “Euringer Villa Erna” is situated in a quiet part of Seis (Siusi), a charming village in South Tyrol’s scenic landscape near Castelrotto (Kastelruth) and close to Bolzano (Bozen) and is an ideal starting point to explore the many hiking, cycling and skiing possibilities.The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable/satellite television. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request. The private outdoor area boasts a balcony with great views of the mountains, including the “Schlern”, where you can have breakfast in the morning or spend the evenings with a glass of wine while looking over the surrounding mountains. In addition, there is also a communal garden with a playground area for the little ones. Within 2-3 minutes on foot (150-250 m) you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy, cafés as well as restaurants. A ski shuttle bus is also only 200 m from the property. A cable car taking you to the Sellaronda skiing area is only a 2-minute drive (700 m) away, and the beautiful Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) is in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute drive (24 km) from Seis (Siusi), South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) invites you to stroll about the piazzas and enjoy its wonderful atmosphere. The spa town of Merano (Meran) is located a one-hour drive (55 km) away.
