This lovely residence, set outside Ortisei, just under Passo Pinei, comes with 6 apartments of every kind and size, so it is very likely you will easily find the one which suits your needs!



In Summer the position is perfect for nature lovers, as the Bullaccia wood and the famous Geo Trail do start just behind the house. It is a strategical starting point to Visit Val Gardena and the Alpe di Siusi Area, as Ortisei and its lifts are only 3 km away and the same for Castelrotto and surroundings. Using the free bus tickets we provide, you will be able to use the public bus to move, which stops 400 m away and leads you in all directions.



In Winter the skibus stops as well 400 m away and leads you for free to the Dolomiti Superski skilifts, which do start from Ortisei, to easily reach Rasciesa, Seceda and the Alpe di Siusi.



The property boasts an idyllic position and a wonderful garden with view on the whole valley, where you can enjoy moments of peace, breathing the fresh Dolomites’ air.

You will find all kind of comforts for your holiday in the Dolomites., like 1 outdoor and 1 garage parking for each apartment, a common washing machine, a ski corner with boot heater in the garage, free Wi-Fi, linen and towels.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
