The holiday apartment Bilocale Vermiglio is located in Castiglion Fibocchi, in a strategic position between Valdarno, Casentino, Arezzo and Val di Chiana. This apartment is part of the Poggio Primo farmhouse, located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno valley. The structure, dating back to 1800, is an old farmhouse. It is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. A table tennis game and a shared laundry room are available on the property for an additional cost.
Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop. For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building. The boiler is located outside the property.
