Villa Pozzonovo is an old stone farmhouse within walking distance of the centre of Castiglion Fioren

Stone farmhouse divided into cozy apartments. Three comfortable apartments each with independent entrance have been made from a careful restoration of an old stone farmhouse. On the garden each apartment has its own table, chairs and sun umbrella.

Walking distance to Castiglion Fiorentino. Pozzonovo apartments are in the countryside close to the town of Castiglion Fiorentino (1,5 km), reachable with a short walk. From the railway station of Castiglion Fiorentino it is possible to start for daily visits to Firenze, Roma and others interesting cities of central Italy.

The beautiful swimming pool and the wide green area. Stone walls, wooden ceilings and simple but comfortable furnishings make the apartments interesting. In the large garden there are a 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 0,90-1,40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), to be shared occasionally with the owner, badminton court, table tennis, bowling alley and barbecue. Internet access available only in the garden.

SUSINO - First floor apartment reached by an outside staircase. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
PESCO - First floor apartment. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, open fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
