The apartment has a large covered terrace with panoramic sea views, an incredibly impressive and fascinating setting! Punta Ala has a port where you can rent boats and practice many water sports. The apartment is located on the fifth floor (with elevator). Night guard. A parking space is not assigned but available in the apartment complex. Air conditioning hot / cold in the large living room. We recommend a trip to the island of Elba from Piombino. Dinner and walks in Castiglion della Pescaia, you will be fascinated and delighted by this very charming coastal town. If you like walking, you will reach the "Rocca", the former fortress of the area.

L'appartamento è molto carino, dotato di tutto ció che serve per un soggiorno al mare, anche in 4 ci siamo stati bene (mancava il barbecue pur essendo specificato tra i servizi). Vista spettacolare dal terrazzo. L'unica pecca dove a mio avviso dovrebbero essere piu chiari è la vicinanza al mare: almeno 600m dalla prima spiaggia attrezzata, 1.8km dalla libera.
