Room was fine, nice people, but I had to make 4 trips to the second floor because they only had one luggage cart which was locked in a guest room. Buy a second cart.

When I walked into the hotel after a long drive from Vancouver, I was greeted by a very cheerful Marie. I told her that we had a long drive and my husband was a bit cranky and asked if there's a chance of checking in early. Check-in time is 4 but she found us a room and we were able to check in right away at 2:30. Our double room was comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay the pricing was great for the hotel! I suggest calling the hotel for booking prices though as it was more expensive online then the actual prices.

Our hotels.com reservation did not populate on the hotel’s system until after about 2 hours after our arrival. We gave up waiting & booked at the hotel. Luckily the hotel cancelled their reservation later & used our hotels.com reservation. It was a hassle. There is no number to call at hotels.com. The virtual assistant was not helpful.
