Nestled in a serene setting, this cozy retreat features 3 queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms with a mix of bathtubs and showers, and even a bonus office space with a comfy sofa bed. If you need a peaceful escape from the city, look no further. Our home sits on 37 acres offering both cleared rolling land and open forest. Wake up to the serene sounds of nature and have coffee in our sun-filled great room while overlooking the landscape. The home is almost brand new and is perfect for the whole family as it was built to give our kids a taste of adventure and the outdoors. They can spend the day exploring the creek, hiking the woods, sliding on the swingset.

Downtown Sperryville is about 20min away and there you can find delicious brickoven pizza at RPK and more formal sit down eating at Black Twig. There is also Blue Door for something a little nicer, that is only a little bit farther up the road.
A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
