Good place for a group of 4 or the solo traveler. Very spacious and modern. Washer on site is convenient. The property had no hot water during my stay. It was only communicated at the end that the HW heater has to be turned on from the outside. This should’ve been communicated at check-in and/or done prior to arrival. Additionally, there was no outside lighting. This made getting into the apartment at night a bit difficult and the guest uneasy given the dark interior courtyards you must travel through.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Hinterhofs an der belebten Via Etnea direkt im Zentrum. Dementsprechend ist es eher dunkel und ohne jegliche Aussicht. Der Check- in hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch, aber ausreichend. Die Küchenzeile ist ausreichend für die Zubereitung eines Frühstücks, zum Kochen nur bedingt geeignet. Allerdings gibt es rundherum genug gastronomische Angebote aller Art und für jeden Geldbeutel. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
