This 2900 sq ft Historic Antique Captain's House was built in the 1760's by a Revolutionary War Captain and has been completely renovated to retain it's historic charm, while adding all the conveniences of modern living. Set on a 1.8 acres abutting convervation land with a small stream, it is an idllyic location with room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the summer. A large chemical-free lawn, raised beds and perinneal gardens offer fresh flowers, and enchant your senses. The large farmers porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or taking an afternoon nap. 4 generous bedrooms: 1st floor Master with ensuite bath; 2nd floor Master Suite with separate dressing room; 1 with double bed and an adjoining sitting room with kitchenette; and the fourth with two twin beds. 2 living rooms (one first floor, one 2nd floor), a dining room that can seat 8, a gorgeous chef's kitchen with bar and sitting areas, 2.5 bathrooms, an outdoor shower and wet bar make this a summer rental a place where everyone will be happy.
