With over 400 square meters of living space, the villa offers 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom, a large living lounge with a kitchen, an infinity panoramic pool, a sauna, and more.

The accommodation
In total, there are five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (equipped with showers, sinks, WC, and bidet). The largest bathroom is additionally equipped with a large bathtub.

The large living lounge, whose glass fronts open almost completely on both sides, is equipped with a large, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining table, and a huge sofa landscape.

A terrace connects the Residenza to the park and its own panoramic infinity pool. From here you have a beautiful view over the property down to Bardolino as well as to the opposite shore of Lake Garda. Garden chairs, sun loungers as well as a gas grill are also there.

In the basement of the Residenza is a wellness area with a sauna and large relaxation loungers, as well as a large garage for up to 4 cars and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used by guests.
