About this property
Exclusive Glamping Adventure in a Private Island with 360 degree Lake View
★ Isla Serenidad allows you to experience an exclusive private island adventure and retreat away from the city life. It is an unspoiled, off-grid, solar-powered, semi-secluded, and self-catered private island in Lumot Lake, just 3-4 hours away from the metro. It can be reached by a 7-minute private boat ride with a serene view of the Lumot Lake and the Mount Banahaw.
ACCOMMODATION
Our two signature huts are fusion of the native and modern bahay kubo in varying frames and designs, with locally-sourced materials for a serene nature glamping experience.
1. The CABANA HUT is a red and elevated hut with a square frame and glass windows which has a view of the lake and the sunset.
2. The LAKESIDE HUT is a white hut on stilts with glass panels and sliding door, and a front porch. It is situated near lakeside and at the center of the island (near the CR/Shower hut and Kitchen/Dining Hut).
*Each hut has a one double-sized mattress on a bamboo bed frame that can accommodate 2 persons. With an extra floor mattress for another 2 pax, a solar ceiling light, and a solar fan (with usb port for CP charging)
*Maximum room occupancy is 4 adults (+1 kid)
3. Nipa Hut - a traditional bahay kubo with 1 room, dining area and sink. The room has a bunk bed that can accommodate 3-4 persons, and solar ceiling light.
*no solar fan needed
Electricity is mainly for lightings and use of fans. Supply and reserves are limited and renewable, hence we strongly advised guests to conserve their electricity/solar power usage.
*Use of appliances such as rice cooker, electric griller, fan, ref, hair dryer are not available
*It is recommended to bring some flashlights and extra powerbank for charging your cellphones.
*The island is lit with dispersed and separate solar powered lights, as well as in the glamping huts, and in the kitchen and dining hut that can last up to early morning.
With running filtered water available on our (2) shower and bath areas, (1) common toilet area, and (2) wash basin/sink.
*Do not expect a steady high pressure flow of water at all times.
Mobile and LTE signal is stronger on Smart, and mostly weak on Globe.
Only 1 group (at most 10 pax) will be accommodated on 2 glamping huts and 1 nipa hut per booking, hence exclusive island stay.
*Larger groups (11-20 pax) are advised to bring their own tents for a traditional camping experience in a private island glamping hub setting. (at 500/pax)
*Available for Rent: Family Tent good for extra 6-8 pax
