Beautiful Beach home perfect for large families and getaway weekends. This four bedroom home sleeps 8 people. Beautiful Ocean views and a view of Morro Rock. The home has many custom features, BBQ, covered outdoor deck to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, watch the whales go by, sip a glass of wine, read a book. Just relax and enjoy the beauty of Cayucos.
Cayucos has wonderful restaurants, antique stores, surf shops, and a Jewelry store. Our town has street fair's and even host the Cayucos Sea glass Festival. There is plenty to do in Cayucos or in the local areas near by our small town. Hearst Castle and Cambria is just a short drive north of us. Or head south to Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach or Pismo Beach. If you enjoy wine tasting we have some of the nicest vineyards and winery's in the State. Regardless how you spend your time here you're bound to enjoy it.
PLEASE NOTE : THIS IS NOT A "PARTY" House. This is a beautiful custom HOME. We prefer family & friends. We have had a few issues of late with younger people parties which resulted in expenses on all ends. We want everyone who comes to enjoy to the utmost. But if you are planning a "wild weekend" away. Pamela was a very gracious host and prompt to initiate conversation and respond to questions. Lovely and spacious home - more than ample for our extended family of eight. The patio, living room, and dining area have full views of the ocean (better than the photos). The kitchen was impressively well equipped with wares, herbs and spices, condiments, zip lock bags, foil, cling wrap, teas, coffee, and more. One of their two garages had wet suits, boogie and skim boards, ping pong table, and other gear. All of us were quite impressed. A great vacation choice!

The best stocked home we've ever stayed in. From kitchen to beach equipment to entertainment. We've rented for years all over the central coast. This is how a beach house SHOULD be set up. But rarely is. It has everything you need. Was very clean and a beatiful deck with an ocean view..We'll be back!

This is a fabulous property! Super clean. Well stocked kitchen for making meals. It is larger and roomier than it appeared in the photos and offered plenty of space for our group of adults and teens plus our little pup. The views were amazing from the upstairs. We were even able to see Morro Rock! We liked that the house was a bit away from downtown Cayucos. Less touristy and more relaxing.

So family friendly. Outlet covers on all kid accessible outlets. Everything you could need for kids, including high chair, pack and play, toys, books, sand toys…. We would love to be back. No central AC, but the provided fans cooled everything down in the evening. Quick communication with the owners when we needed.

Spacious, comfortable and quiet (even with the highway a few blocks away). The kitchen was fun to cook in, and there was space for 3-4 people to chop veggies at once. As another reviewer noted, the temperature controls in the shower in the master bedroom are backwards--it doesn't keep you from taking on comfortable shower, but it is good to know. Also, the ping pong balls are not in great shape, but that's easily remedied.

Great communication. We had no issues accessing the home. Home was clean, spacious and welcoming. It was also stocked with all the essentials plus some. Views were amazing and lived being just a short drive to shops, restaurants and activities. Plenty of parking and a small run in the back for the dog was convenient.
