The hotel is definetly not suited for the handicapped. No chair to sit in the room. The room was "overdone" with air freshener. It made my wife so sick that after 30 minutes in the room we left and went elsewhere to stay. We forfeited $111 for two nights, but two nights comfortable sleep elsewhere was a priority.

Location amazing, because of the view. We arrived late due to car problems and the person working as a security guard gave a us the key. Very disappointed because there is not a front desk to check in, 3 night without WiFi and/or internet because the receiver burned, tv not working at all. Breakfast was good and good price. Looks like the owners can’t coordinate to have some people taking care of the rooms, the people working in the restaurant are in charge but nobody cares for the guests. Something must be done and soon.

Hey Andy, Sherri mom just one night sweet beautiful baby and one speaker name we wish we can save more night. It was fantastic and the service was excellent and the views were honestly some of the best we’ve ever seen in Costa Rica, and we’ve been here almost 12 years!

Delightful family run B&B

This is a delightful family-owned bed and breakfast, just 2 minute walk to the beach. The owners are personable, and attended to our every need. We can highly recommend them to other guests.

We arrived were told we couldn’t stay. The Hotel apologized because they only have 5 rooms. They had a non refundable deal with Expedia and booked us in another hotel. They didn’t give us the option of money back. The hotel they booked was in town completely different property. Rooms were subpar and we listened to a Spanish couple fight all night and the man crying for a few hours! The walls were so thin it sounded like they were in our room. Not our favourite experience 😂 call this hotel when you book because Expedia put it on them to find us something else and it sucked!!!

Great peaceful place, awesome food and wonderful views. It’s a relaxing place, no loud music and not many things to do in the surroundings. Service is excellent, personnel is very attentive.

Awesome view

The hotel is further from Cuidad Neilly then the map represents, but worth it when you get there. Views are incredible, bed very comfortable. Restaurant on site. Exceeded my expectations.

Everything was terrific. Frankie, the manager?/owner? was a perfect host. Friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was as I wished. The property itself was just great. The cabinets are new and impeccably clean. The Al fresco restaurant is comfortable, served great food, and that view!!!

Sobrevenden las Reservas!!

Terrible, y no es la primera vez, consulten en Google. Después de 6 horas de viaje llegamos al hotel para enterarnos que nuestra reserva la habían obviado y el hotel estaba lleno, su sistema de reservas: un cuaderno con notas en lápiz, sinceramente espantoso. La dependiente de una vez se puso a la defensiva tratando de quitarse la culpa. Al final, la solución fue devolvernos el dinero al tipo de cambio que se les ocurrió y buscarnos algún hotel de cuarta cerca, pero después de 10 minutos de nada, preferimos buscar nosotros por nuestra cuenta. Si no quieren un disgusto, Por favor eviten este lugar nada serio.
