Good hotel for the value

Our room was comfy, but outdatedand a little dirty too. We also had ants in our room. The staff are wonderful, especially Rhadora, who is a very helpful person. The complimentary breakfast is good. Overall, it’s a good hotel for the value and would stay there again.

Older hotel but comfortable.

The hotel staff were friendly and let me check in early. The room was spacious with a city view. The room and hotel were clean but are starting to look old. The included breakfast was good with 2 choices ; Filipino or American. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Robinson's Galleria and 7/11. It's about a 20 minute walk to SM city mall or a short taxi ride there. Checkout was also fast.

Close to Robinsons and SM Malls and sea port..

Room was clean, wifi continually went out, sometimes for long periods. The aircon in my room blew right on the bed a few feet away and no way to adjust the air flow.

Pleasant stay.

Staff were friendly and efficient while checking us into the room. The room was clean, comfortable, and adequate size. Good tv channel selection. When we sat down at the breakfast room we were not offered a choice of breakfast. The server brought my Filipino partner a rice based breakfast, and they served myself, who is a foreigner a bread based breakfast. It was a decent breakfast but my only suggestion is for the server to give people a choice and not assume what a guest would prefer based on their skin color. Robinson's mall is less than a 5 minute walk away. SM mall is approximately a 15 min walk away. We felt safe in the area walking around in the day time. We were granted late checkout for an additional 100 Pisos per extra hour.

The pictures from the hotel DO NOT look the same as the actual room. While I was taking a shower, the water cut off. There was no warm water. The staff was friendly but not helpful. I submitted a complaint with my information, they said they were going to call me back or email me and I still have not heard anything from them.

Intermittent internet, no fridge but we did get 2 bottles of water each day. Good location next to Robinson’s Galleriea. Free breakfast was decent. Just not a comply bed but ok for the price and for only 2 nights.
