If you want a small room with minimal amenities this one's for you. It was pet friendly-ish. Plenty of room to walk around the parking lot. Auto parts store next door had a big lawn. The neighborhood wasn't sketchy exactly but it was very strip mall. On the bright side, a Maid Ride just down the street!
